Hang clean (pause at knee for 2) +
Below the knee clean (pause for 2) + Jerk

5 rounds:
6 Close grip bench
8 Barbell rows
12 Tricep ext each arm
16 Bicep curls

4 rounds:
50ft bear crawl
30 v-ups

 

AT HOME MODIFICATIONS

Cleans- broom, sandbag, or DB/KB
